Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") set out the rules for accessing and using gta4browser.com (the "Site," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover every page, article, guide, game feature, browser-playable content and other service or material on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them.
gta4browser.com is an independent fan and information website about GTA 4 in Browser, a browser adaptation inspired by Grand Theft Auto IV. The Site may offer game information, gameplay material, editorial content, guides and access to browser games obtained from publicly available sources, and it may recommend or refer to other games. In these Terms, "you" means anyone who visits or uses the Site. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the Site.
The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and all related trademarks belong to their owners.
Depending on applicable law and where you are, some disputes may be handled through arbitration or another alternative process rather than in court. Please see the "Dispute Resolution" section below.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, to the law or to our practices. The latest version published on this page, with its effective date, is the current Agreement.
Changes apply going forward from the moment they are posted and do not reach back to disputes or events that arose earlier. If you keep using the Site after changes are published, you are treated as accepting the revised Terms.
We may also add, change, pause or remove pages, features, content or other parts of the Site at any time, with or without notice.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information linked to your use of the Site may be collected, processed and handled. By using the Site, you also accept the practices it describes.
Any information you give us should be accurate and reasonably current. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on matters of personal information, the Privacy Policy takes priority on those matters.
Eligibility and Use of the Site
The Site is meant for a general international audience and is not built specifically for children. We do not knowingly ask for or collect personal information from children where applicable law forbids it.
If you are below the legal age that applies where you live, you should use the Site only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where local law requires it.
Compliance With Applicable Laws
You are responsible for making sure that your use of gta4browser.com follows the laws, rules and restrictions that apply to you and your location.
We may restrict, suspend or end access to certain content, features or parts of the Site when we consider it necessary for legal, security, operational or other legitimate reasons.

- Try to obtain, collect or misuse other visitors' personal information without permission.
- Disrupt the operation, availability, performance or security of the Site or its infrastructure.
- Copy, reproduce, change, republish, distribute or commercially exploit original Site content without proper permission.
- Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or get around technical protections used by the Site.

Content Management
We are not required to monitor every piece of content, link, feature or material on or through the Site at all times. We do, however, reserve the right to review, edit, restrict, disable or remove content whenever we think it appropriate.
We may do so for legal, technical, security, editorial, operational or other reasons. Information on how personal data is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may include links, advertisements, embedded media, game resources or other material supplied by third parties. This may include content related to GTA 4 in Browser or recommendations for other games and services.
Third-party websites and services run independently of gta4browser.com. We do not control their content, availability, security, policies or business practices, and a link or embedded element does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party or its services.
If you choose to visit or use a third-party website, service or resource, you do so at your own discretion and under that third party's terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all material on it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no express or implied warranties about the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, security or suitability of the Site or its content.
We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or fully up to date. Game information, guides, embedded content and third-party material may contain mistakes or become outdated over time.
If you run into a problem with the Site or think something should be corrected, please contact us through our Contact page.
Information for Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians decide what content is suitable for the children in their care. If you want to limit access to certain websites or types of content, you can use parental-control software, browser restrictions, filtering tools or similar technology.
Copyright and DMCA Notices
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, you can send a complaint under our DMCA Policy.
We review properly submitted notices and, where appropriate and legally required, may remove, restrict or disable access to the material named in a valid complaint.
Dispute Resolution
To the extent the law allows, any dispute about your use of the Site that cannot be settled informally may be resolved by binding arbitration instead of a court case. This does not stop you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived, including any right to bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
Before starting formal proceedings or arbitration, both sides agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally. You can start that process by contacting us through our Contact page with enough detail for us to look into the issue.
General Provisions
These Terms do not create any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture or other business relationship between you and gta4browser.com.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect to the fullest extent the law permits.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer ours as part of a sale, restructuring, merger, acquisition or other transfer involving the Site or its operation.
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and the Site about your use of gta4browser.com and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, infrastructure problems, service outages and natural events.
